While checking in a guest, and letting them know that upon inspecting the property earlier, their TV/internet wasn’t working, they blurted out, “Ohh f***, we won’t be happy about that!”

We replied, while keeping the straight face, “We already have a appointment first thing tomorrow morning to get it fixed.”

Thank goodness we go to every property the day of arrival, and one of the many things we check is the TV. In this particular case we were ahead of the game, and had already spoken with the owner. They expedited an appointment with the cable company for the next morning.

So the guest was without TV/Internet for less than 12 hours. Did we have to give a refund? Heck no.
